Welcome to LovingBooking. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to the LovingBooking website, application, and all related services.
  • “Business” refers to any individual or entity that creates an account to manage bookings.
  • “Customer” refers to any person who books an appointment through a Business's booking page.
  • “User” refers to any person who accesses the Platform, whether as a Business or Customer.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited messages

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • LovingBooking offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Booking Payments

  • Businesses may choose to collect payments from Customers at the time of booking through Stripe Connect.
  • LovingBooking is not a party to the transaction between Businesses and Customers. We act solely as a technology provider.
  • Disputes between Businesses and Customers regarding bookings, cancellations, or refunds should be resolved between those parties.
  • Businesses are responsible for complying with their local tax obligations related to payments received through the Platform.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policies

Businesses can set their own cancellation policies for bookings through the Platform. Customers should review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking. LovingBooking is not responsible for enforcing cancellation policies between Businesses and Customers.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The LovingBooking name, logo, and all related branding are our intellectual property.
  • Content you upload to the Platform (logos, images, service descriptions) remains your property. By uploading, you grant us a license to display it as part of the service.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Platform without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from their Customers to collect and store personal information through the Platform.

9. Availability and Uptime

We strive to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovingBooking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the Platform.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LovingBooking operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
