Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro from Billing in your dashboard and it starts straight away. If you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to Free.
Are there any contracts?
No. Pro is billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime.
How do payment methods work?
Your LovingBooking subscription is paid by card through Stripe, in US dollars. For bookings, Pro businesses can show their own PayNow or QR code: customers pay you directly and you mark the booking as paid. LovingBooking never handles that money.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Billed yearly, Pro is US$120 a year (US$10 a month) for up to 3 people, then US$120 a year for each extra person. Annual billing saves 17%.
Who counts as a person?
Only people your customers can book count. Team logins without a calendar are free. One bill covers all your businesses. Someone who works in two of them counts once.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Try Pro free for 14 days. No card needed. You start it when you're ready. When it ends, choose Pro or carry on with Free. There is no automatic charge.
What currency will I be billed in?
All plans are billed in US dollars, wherever your business is based.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Free covers your first 200 bookings, for up to 3 people and 1 location. After 200 bookings, move to Pro to keep taking bookings. Pro has no booking or location limit, and each person beyond 3 adds to the price.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes, your customer list. In Customers, use Import customers to bring in a CSV of names, emails and phone numbers. Email us if you'd like a hand.
How is my data secured?
Everything travels over HTTPS and is encrypted at rest, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Card details for your subscription go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
