1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to site owners.
2. Cookies We Use
Most of the cookies we use are strictly necessary for our platform to function. Those are set as soon as you sign in or start a booking. Analytics cookies are different: they are set only after you choose “Accept all” on the cookie banner, and not before. Until you choose, we only count visits anonymously, without storing anything on your device; choose “Decline” and we count nothing. We do not use advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.

Your cookie choice is not itself a cookie. We save it in your browser's local storage under cookie-consent, so it stays on your device and is never sent with a request. You can change it at any time:
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies:
- Stripe: Sets cookies necessary for secure payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Calendar: If you connect your Google Calendar, Google may set cookies to manage the integration. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- PostHog: We use PostHog for product analytics and session recording to understand how the platform is used and to diagnose issues. It sets cookies to remember your device between visits, but only once you have accepted analytics cookies. Until then it only counts visits, without cookies. Decline and it records nothing. 4. Managing Cookies
Analytics cookies are controlled by the banner: choose “Decline” and none are set. To change your mind, use “Cookie settings” above or in the footer of any page. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
